I have explored a passion for movement through many years of dance, yoga and thai boxing. Stumbling across pilates as a way to find relief from sporting injuring and daily back pain, I was astounded by the impact it had on my body both physically and mentally. From positively affecting daily routine to results I could feel in both the boxing ring and my Yoga practice! I became inspired to share pilates with others. Training with the renowned Body Control Pilates Institute London.
I am driven to fully understand and challenge the human body with a passion is to get people healthy and to feel at peace with their bodies regardless of shape, size or natural ability.
Yoga is my religion. Pilates is my bible. Daily practice of both body works provides the tools to marry my mind body and spirit in one happy unity.
