Lisette Stribling – Yoga Teacher
I originally started Yoga as a post run stretch but quickly realised the wonderful effects it was having on my body and mind.
I trained in traditional Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India in 2008, then hot Yoga with Yoga Alliance accreditation in 2013. In 2014 I added pregnancy Yoga at Triyoga to my qualifications. This helped me immensely during my twin pregnancy, labour and subsequent recovery.
I love to teach that Yoga is for everybody and there is a modification for every pose. I have a sporting (and scientific) background and like to tailor the techniques of Yoga to help injury prevention. Also, increase performance and resilience in whatever activities you take part in off the mat; surfing, cycling, driving, toddler lifting…….!
