Because of injury, like a lot of people, I came to the matt. I have loved running since her early teenage years and have competed in various races such as: 10ks, half marathons and marathons. I injured my knee during a race and was advised to start yoga for flexibility and strength improvement. Yoga had always intrigued me and I was excited to learn more. I immediately grew a passion for yoga and became hooked! This passion lead me to take the next step and become a yoga instructor. In 2016, I received my 200hr teaching qualifications with Yoga London and since then have taught over 500 hours of classes, completed my 50hr Forrest Teacher Training and 50hr Yin Teacher Training.
