All of our teachers are used to having beginners in their classes, poses are talked through thoroughly, but it is important you listen to your body and take breaks when needed.

Which class is for me?
Each class you attend will be different, as each teacher has an individual style. Have a read through the class styles and if you have any questions, let us know. We are happy to advise you on which class would suit you best. If you are worried you are not going to like the heat, try one of our ‘warm’ classes first.
Do you use hand on adjustments?
We prefer our teachers to use physical and verbal cues in classes.
Physical cues are where the teacher may lightly press on a part of the body to increase muscle engagement. We will never adjust you in your first few weeks of classes, only once a teacher is aware of your practice and ability. Please state on you ‘New Client Form’ If you wish never to be adjusted, but the teacher will always check in the class too.
